Josh Coyler is a songwriter, music producer and multi-instrumentalist from Detroit, MI. Josh was raised in a music family, and discovered his passion for songwriting and recording from an early age.
Driven by his deep love for creating outstanding music, Josh underwent his formal education at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, where he studied music business and production. Here his focus evolved from not just creating his own music , to helping other artists shape theirs as well.
Since then he has become a music producer and mixing engineer, where he has dedicated himself to bringing out the very best in the artists he works with, by translating raw ideas into fully thought through, realised songs combining clarity, emotion and polish.
As a songwriter, he’s created songs from stories that reach the masses, and that all people can relate to.
Josh has drawn inspiration from a variety of artists including: One Republic, Jon Bellion, Patrick Droney, and Ed Sheeran. With a production style that blends atmospheric textures with pop sensibilities, cinematic depth and deep heartfelt songwriting.
