Matt Gill of re:tract said of the signing: “I have always wanted to surround myself in work with people who feel like friends and family. I find it incredibly important to remind myself that music is supposed to be fun and not always “industry”. So, when I got introduced to Anara Publishing and found how friendly, approachable and easy they make everything it seemed like the perfect fit. They also have a fantastic and diverse roster of artists on their books. I’m looking forward to working with Anara, knowing I won’t have to worry about the publishing side to my music and the syncs will be in line with my ethos. “
Jagoda Jagodzinska of Anara Publishing added: “When we first listened to re:tract’s music we immediately knew he would be a great fit for our roster. We are extremely happy to be working with such talented musician and songwriter as Matt! We’re looking forward to representing re:tract for sync and publishing and finding new opportunities for his music!“
