Blushing Satellite are the latest act to join the Anara Publishing roster. The deal sees their album ‘The Union’ represented for publishing and sync licensing.

The brainchild of Los Angeles Music Academy graduate Ramanan Chandramouli, Blushing Satellite take the listener on a journey through transcending melodies and soulful poetry backed with intricate grooves. “The Union” was premiered on Rolling Stone India.

National newspaper The Hindu featured the album in their Top 10 releases of 2017 and said  “The Union, with its jazz, funk, R&B and all-round experimental bent was exceptional for taking listeners on a sonic journey like few other releases in this space”

Ramanan Chandramouli said of the signing “Blushing Satellite believes in an honest way of expression through music. The art form and the pursuit of the craft is of utmost importance and comes before anything else. We are excited to partner with Anara Publishing and humbled to be on their roster of musicians who believe in the same values that we do. We look forward to a long journey with them an are grateful for this opportunity to have our music out in the world.”

Malini Hariharan from Anara Publishing added “Blushing Satellite’s music is a very unusual palette coming out from the Indian industry. They’re a promising, exciting young act with smooth grooves and a solid rhythm section and we think their music can find a place across the globe.”
